Listen, I hear you!

I know you want to eat healthier and feel your absolute best but you feel like you don't have the time or know where to start. I used to struggle with that too!

Sound Familiar?

  • I want to eat healthier consistently but don’t know where to start
  • I want to get in shape but I need accountability to stick to it
  • I want to cook homemade meals more often but run out of ideas and time
  • I need quick and portable meal ideas because I’m busy
  • I like to cook but don’t have a ton of time everyday to devote to it but I know I would eat healthier and feel better if I did
  • I just want to have healthy meals ready to go, when I need them or options I can put together quickly
I used to struggle with;

- confusion with food, thinking I was eating healthy only to learn later that I wasn't

-making multiple runs to the grocery store each week

-planning meals ahead which led to last minute dinners that didn't turnout that great or weren't all that healthy

-spending way too much money on groceries and food knowing if I just planned better I would spend less and eat healthier

-felt like crap and out of shape because I wasn't eating right, just eating what was fast and easy

-been confused on what to eat that's right for my personal needs and goals

-getting my workouts in because of lack of time and poor planning

But after years, thousands of meals and countless hours in the kitchen at the store and online later.. I developed time-saving sytems that allow me to eat healthy and get my workouts in daily withOUT spending hours doing it!

eat good - feel good

I focusd on:

creating a system on how I shopped, stocked up and prepped.
prioritizing my time
batch prepping meals
stocking my fridge & freezer with food items and meals
creating recipes that were made with whole foods and balanced
creating a consistent workout routine that fit into my schedule

I know how soul crushing it can feel to want to eat healthier and workout more, constantly thinking about what you’re going to eat or make, if it’s actually healthy and feeling like you just don’t know how to get into a better routine.

I have always been an active person and into health and fitness. Ever since I was like 8 years old I remember thinking I wanted to be -what I called at that time, a witch doctor (naturopathic doctor)  all because my Grandma taught me about natural cleaning products and herbal supplements she would take. I was fascinated that food in nature had such healing benefits.

Naturally, I found my way to health and fitness in college. Graduated with a degree as a health and fitness specialist became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

It was in an Introduction to Nutrition class that changed my life. I started to understand foods, real foods and their impact on our health and fitness and then became obsessed with learning everything I could about nutrition.

I completely changed my diet and habits over the years and began to meal prep so I could keep up with clean eating and spending less time and money revolved around food.

I started my blog to teach and inspire others to eat healthier in a more manageable way

-so they can do more of the things they truly love while feeling their best and having the health to do it!
